Meet The Castico’s
To say that Jake and Jocelyn’s wedding day was the closest thing to perfect is an understatement. Their wedding day was a perfect spring day in New England. The day went as smooth as butter, and the fun level was at a million.
Jake and Jocelyn have been together for four years ago and have such a sweet friendship. Jocelyn is truely the Ying to Jake’s Yang. Jake is quiet and steady and Jocelyn is outgoing and the life of the party.

Jake and Jocelyn’s Spring New England Wedding
Like I said previously, it was a perfect spring day in May. Not too hot and not too cold. Jocelyn got ready with her sister and her mom at her house, and Jake got ready at his brother’s house. As Jocelyn’s mother Robin helped her into David’s Bridal ballgown you could tell that this day was going to be filled with love.
Though Jocelyn and Jake decided against a first look, we decided that a first look with her dad would be a sweet moment. It was.
The Ceremony
The ceremony was a beautiful display of their love and family. Starting with Jocelyn being walked down the aisle by her dads to her brother Bobby singing a special song.
Their simple ceremony involved a touching display of unity involving a wooden cross and three chords to signify their Christian faith. Jake and Jocelyn were surrounded by smiling family members and friends as they exchanged vows and rings.
The Reception
The reception was done in true Jocelyn and Jake fashion. Their first dance was as if they were the only two people in the room. Followed by touching parent dances. Both of which gave a beautiful glimpse into each relationship.
The highlight of the reception was definitely the cake cutting, which was the gender reveal for their baby. I love how my second shooter and I were able to capture this. We were able to get the reveal and reactions at the same time.
