Meet Brendan and Chloe
Chloe and Brendan’s Wadsworth Mansion wedding was a dream, but because it is 2020 it was a journey to get there. I remember chatting with Brendan and Chloe on the phone last October. They were so chill and relaxed (just like me). That was why I was so excited they booked me that night. Now back in October, the plan was to shoot the wedding in June at a venue in Hartford, but 2020 had other things in store. Instead of having the wedding in June, it was pushed to August. Instead of having at the original venue, the wedding was moved to the new venue.
About the Wadsworth Mansion Wedding
Brendan and Chloe’s wedding day was perfect from the weather to the flow of the day. The first look, like everything else this year, did not go as planned but still came out beautifully simple. The ceremony was a family affair with readings and a stunning piano performance by their siblings. After the mass, we made our way to the mansion for pictures, and thanks to the first look the couple was able to enjoy their cocktail hour and reception with their family.
The day was highlighted by the cake made by the groom. The cake was placed next to the paper bouquet Brendan made for Chloe when he asked her to the prom where their relationship started. Chloe put her DIY skills to work too with her stationary and reception details. Also, I have to mention the coconut bra that the best man broke out during his best man speech. The day was complete when I pulled them away for a night session in front of the estate.
